Fortna believes in giving back to the communities in which we live and do business. Every Associate is encouraged to get involved in the causes about which they are passionate. Fortna offers paid volunteer days for Associates to be able to give their time to charitable organizations.
Fortna believes in providing assistance where we see a need. In addition to the time donated to these causes, we have made a number of financial donations to charitable organizations.

Fortna believes that healthy Associates are happier. Our well-being programs offer Associates reimbursement toward healthy lifestyle purchases, like fitness memberships and weight loss programs. And we run a variety of initiatives throughout the year to encourage and incentivize healthy behaviors.

Fortna believes every Associate should be given the opportunity to learn and grow. Our professional development efforts include training, mentoring and experiences designed to enhance each Associate’s skill set and prepare them for advancement to increasingly challenging roles.
Fortna believes Associate engagement is a critical metric for the business. Our annual Associate survey is designed to help us gauge the strength of that engagement and identify areas where course correction is needed.
Fortna empowers continuous improvement through the work of an Associate-led Advisory Committee which seeks input from across the organization and makes recommendations for changes that will make Fortna a better place to work and a better partner to our Clients and Suppliers.
