Hiring Process

Clear, fair and streamlined: our hiring process explained.

Applying at FORTNA

To Join the Movement at FORTNA, you get started with creating an application on our careers page. When you “apply now” you’ll be able to share your professional experience, work history and other relevant information with us. That kicks off the process to explore career opportunities at FORTNA.

What to expect in the interview process

When you are interviewing at FORTNA, you can expect to find open conversations with an emphasis on behavior-based interview questions. That means that we’ll ask questions where you can give real-life examples from your professional experience to demonstrate how you have solved problems and/or accomplished goals in your career. This is your time to shine!

Interviews can take many forms depending on the role; this can include phone calls, in-person interviews or video calls. With FORTNA having a global footprint, your interview may be with someone located outside of your local geography.
