Fisher Auto Parts’ growth through acquisitions led to a mixture of owned and leased distribution facilities that were running out of capacity and constraining future growth. FORTNA helped them consolidate their network for greater efficiency, and design and build a new multi-banner DC where they merged fulfilment for their different brands.

Their new DC has increased capacity that allows them to make more opportunistic purchases, added flexibility to meet customer needs and has reduced their overall footprint.
