The Fortna Response to COVID-19

At Fortna, the safety and well-being of our associates and our clients is priority one. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and wanted to take a moment to summarize some of the actions we are taking to support our clients and keep everyone safe and healthy.

We have a team dedicated to our response to this pandemic and have Business Continuity Plans to ensure the continuation of all services as allowed by local policies and guidelines. We are closely monitoring the daily COVID-19 updates from the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and similar agencies where our clients have business. We continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials and government agencies on an on-going basis and will continue to monitor OSHA recommendations as we prepare ourselves for a return to work when that becomes possible.

As our associates interact with clients, we have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus. We follow restrictions on travel, postponed large-scale events, limited the size of meetings, provided remote-work solutions and continue to reinforce safe and healthy behavior in all environments – from the project site to office to home.

As always, we are committed to our client’s success and are moving forward with our work and support of projects. To that end, we continue to safely provide comprehensive services and support to our clients as follows:

  • We understand these are unique times and stand ready to answer your questions regarding current warehouse and DC challenges.
  • We are collaborating with our clients to explore alternatives between on-site and remote work as we continue to advance projects forward.
  • We continue to fully support our client sites via the Fortna Client Support team which is well equipped to handle all support processes remotely.
  • We are conducting daily touchpoints with our supplier partner and contactor network to understand & mitigate any identified challenges.

On behalf of the Fortna Leadership Team, I thank you for your trust and partnership. Please know we are here to help and are well positioned to support our clients as we navigate through this crisis and prepare for the inevitable return to normal.

I wish you good health and encourage you to contact me at robmckeel@fortna.com with questions and/or requests for more information.

Sincerely,

Robert McKeel
