Neiman Marcus is one of the most highly-recognized brand names in the US and is known for their high end retail stores and luxury catalog. Fortna was engaged to assist with the implementation of a new best of breed supply chain execution system. This project integrated operational best practices with a new fulfillment system. Fortna provided Unit and Quality Assurance testing, design, user training, data verification, and documentation of new procedures. The Fortna team also documented and retested issues and provided go-live/production support.
