Yamaha desired a more efficient supply chain that delivered superior customer service with low handling and transportation costs.  Fortna led the implementation team for a new Warehouse Management and Transportation Management System.  Transition management as well as an overall emphasis on operational improvements were highlighted during this implementation. Yamaha’s 5 distribution centers have improved their productivity, transportation operations, and reduced overall system maintenance costs.
