Total Logistic Control provides end-to-end supply chain solutions ranging from transporting a single load and warehousing a few pallets to managing the entire transportation function or operating a dedicated manufacturing facility.  TLC provides both public and dedicated temperature controlled warehousing services to its customers.

TLC was faced with upgrading a client's Warehouse Management System that consisted of a variety of legacy systems to a single, advanced-functionality solution.  Fortna/Q4 assisted TLC in the design and implementation of a WMS for their new dedicated temperature controlled facility in York, PA, which maintains product for a major packaged foods provider.  Our team led the planning, design, implementation and conversion phases with TLC and the WMS provider as their customer upgraded from a variety of legacy systems to this single solution.
