The Sharper Image is a multi-channel retailer of electronics, recreation and fitness products, personal care products, housewares, toys, and gifts.  They market and sell their high-end products through retail stores, catalogs, infomercials, and their website.

Fortna designed a new facility layout for their Little Rock, AR and Ontario, CA distribution centers.  Included in this effort were operational improvements to support their highly seasonal and customer-service-focused business.
