Terminal Warehouse is a privately-owned 3PL specializing in the chemical and hazardous materials industry.  They operate several facilities in Ohio, Tennessee and South Carolina with approximately 2 million square feet, including temperature controlled storage.

Due to company growth and increased client service demands, Terminal Warehouse was faced with replacing an out-dated legacy WMS.  They engaged Fortna to lead a 3PL supply chain execution system evaluation project to replace their existing WMS.  Our teams worked together to gather functional, technical and operational requirements to form a Requirements Definition document.  This document became the basis for an RFP as well as for scripted vendors’ demonstrations.  Fortna led the scoring and evaluation efforts that led to the selection of the winning vendor.
