Sportsman’s Warehouse is a rapidly growing provider of fishing, hunting and camping equipment. They currently have 30+ stores through out the West and Midwest with a number of stores opening in the near future. Known for their expert and knowledgeable staff, Sportsman’s provides their customers with top brand name products and services.

Fortna led a Warehouse Management System selection process that included an evaluation of their existing ERP as an option. Integral to the success of this project was the design of their new operation: processes, equipment layout, personnel requirements, etc. Sportsman’s IT infrastructure includes Windows NT and an Oracle database and ERP suite of applications. The WMS was implemented simultaneously with an Oracle ERP implementation.
