REI is a growing multi-channel distributor of high-quality outdoor gear and apparel, operating retail stores, a traditional catalog, and on-line fulfillment.

Fortna/Q4 was selected to assist in implementing  a new Warehouse Management System and to provide value-added enhancements to the overall distribution system. REI’s one distribution facility can fulfill all incoming order requests, regardless of whether being shipped to a retailer or directly to a customer. Fortna/Q4 also focused on transition management, ensuring new processes were adopted by the company’s workers – viewed as a key component of the project’s success.
