Quality Bike is a leading distributor of bicycles, components and accessories.  A new operations design from Fortna led to big cost savings by dramatically increasing their replenishment and manifesting efficiency.  Further, a new autowaving procedure led to enhanced picking capabilities, improving customer service.  Management at Quality Bike stated that the design “exceeded their stretch goal.”
