PetsMart is the leading retailer of pet products, food and accessories in the US.  Fortna delivered a completely new supply chain solution by creating and delivering an integrated approach for multiple new distribution centers and retrofitted sites.  PetsMart is now equipped with world-class materials handling systems and new supply chain execution software.

Fortna designed and delivered new optimized designs for both new distribution facilities as well as retrofitted existing sites. The complete solution included materials handling systems,  Fortna’s WCS as a robust interface between MHS and host systems, new processes, plus optimized data and work flows.  A new supply chain execution system was implemented with Fortna leading the way in project management, design, configuration, testing, training and documentation.
