OHL worked with Fortna to create an Organizational Excellence Program that provided a systematic approach, ensuring that behaviors and actions were modified to realize the benefits of supply chain initiatives. They, along with Fortna’s organizational excellence team were able to create a plan to improve bench strength, reduce labor costs, increase employee retention, stave off unionization attempts, streamline internal processes, increase productivity and moral and create an effective management training program.
How OHL did more with what they had using a better model. In a very short amount of time, OHL began realizing amazing improvements. As a 3PL with many sites, the customer requirements, the employees and sometimes the management changes, it turned out that a more basic solution was the right answer for them to get quick wins, improve leadership and gain momentum.
