Neiman Marcus is one of the most highly-recognized brand names in the US and is known for their high end retail stores and luxury catalog. Fortna/Q4 was engaged to assist with the implementation of a new best of breed supply chain execution system. This project integrated operational best practices with a new fulfillment system. Fortna/Q4 provided Unit and Quality Assurance testing, design, user training, data verification, and documentation of new procedures. The Fortna/Q4 team also documented and retested issues and provided go-live/production support.
