NYK Logistics is one of the world's largest providers of third party and logistics services.  Their 300,000 square foot facility in the busy Port of Long Beach area provides third party logistics for a variety of different companies with varying product handling and fulfillment needs.
 
The Fortna/Q4 team helped them address a wide variety of operational improvements and systems implementation issues to better address client demands.  The project focused on configuring and fine-tuning NYK's Warehouse Management System and Order Management System.  We also provided training for operators and production support during start-up.
