Monrovia Growers is one of the country's largest suppliers of ornamental plants, supplying 22 million plants annually to nationwide garden centers.
 
To create efficiencies in shipping and reduce overall transportation costs for highly-seasonal, perishable products, Fortna/Q4 assisted Monrovia with an upgraded Transportation Management System and ERP interface.

In addition to the new TMS, operational improvements and customized programming enhancements were developed.  The Fortna/Q4 team also delivered a customized documentation and training program for operators in their 6 national distribution centers.
