Intcomex distributes a wide variety of electronics and hi-tech gear to clients primarily in Latin America.  Fortna’s operations design and implementation improved order picking accuracy, thus increasing customer satisfaction.  Additionally, the design improved capacity to accommodate growth and eliminated the need for outside rental space.
