This well-known apparel company distributes high-end golf clothing to apparel wholesalers and retailers as well as direct to consumer. The demands of peak season and keeping accurate inventory control led them to engage Fortna to improve their operations by implementing a new Warehouse Management System.
Fortna designed a phased approach to close five existing distribution centers, start-up a new consolidated distribution center and implement a new WMS. This phased approach allowed for continuous order shipping while maximizing transition speed and minimizing risk.
