To better address dramatic company growth while maintaining superior service to their retail clients, Converse chose Fortna to upgrade their Warehouse Management System and allied operational processes.

Fortna assisted Converse in their selection and implementation of a new Warehouse Management System for their Ontario, CA distribution facility. In addition to the new WMS and a TMS, new material handlling flows were implemented and interfaces to new materials handling equipment were designed.
