To better address dramatic company growth while maintaining superior service to their retail clients, Converse chose Fortna/Q4 to upgrade their Warehouse Management System and allied operational processes.

Fortna/Q4 assisted Converse in their selection and implementation of a new Warehouse Management Systems for their Ontario, CA distribution facility. In addition to the new WMS and a TMS, new material handlling flows were implemented and interfaces to new materials handling equipment were designed.
