
Coach, Inc. designs, produces, and markets fine accessories worldwide including handbags, wallets, belts, business cases, gloves, hats, scarves and a collection of travel accessories. Its products are sold through direct-to-consumer channels, including over 200 company-operated retail and factory stores, online store, and catalogs, as well as through indirect channels, including department store locations in the United States, international department stores, freestanding retail locations, and specialty retailers.
Fortna/Q4 was engaged to integrate several new materials handling technologies and design new operational flows to maximize their investment in a WMS and TMS upgrade. Fortna/Q4 also provided technical and functional production support for the Coach IT staff. Our team assisted Coach with integrating a put to light system with their WMS, installed a case pull module for fast moving SKUs, and implemented a new strategy for reserve locations and palletization.
