The Fortna team was selected to implement a new Warehouse Management System in an electronics “rental ready” facility. This involved a conversion from the existing WMS as well as integrating the new WMS with a custom built Order Entry / Order Management system. There were significant challenges in the conversion due to 30% of the inventory being off-site.
