The company produces more than 60 different catalogs per year and ships to all 50 states and 125 countries. More than 100 million catalogs are mailed each year with demand continuing to grow. Cabela's expanding retail division operates several stores throughout the country.

Fortna/Q4 worked with Cabela’s on a variety of engagements including Warehouse Management and Transportation Management Software implementation, and operations improvement.  A variety of materials handling components were also integrated to the new systems as one cohesive solution.  Fortna/Q4 provided technical and programming expertise, functional application knowledge, operations process support, testing, configuration, training, conversion planning, and overall experience in how to accomplish their business goals with a variety of major other initiatives also underway.

All 3 of Cabela’s regional distribution centers are now successfully replenishing stores and providing direct to consumer order fulfillment with the new systems.
