Applica manufactures and distributes a well known line of consumer products sold under the Black & Decker®, Windmere®, Littermaid®, Belson®, and Jerdon® brand names.

To address their customers' retail compliance and inventory tracking requirements, Applica was faced with selecting and implementing a new Warehouse Management System.  The Fortna team assisted Applica in their selection and implementation of a new Warehouse Management Systems for their Little Rock, AR distribution center as well as designed new operational procedures to streamline company business processes.
