Matthew S. Harrison Joins Fortna as Chief Financial Officer

Harrison brings 25+ years of finance, accounting and leadership experience

Harrison has joined as Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Barry Malamud who is retiring.  Matt will manage Fortna’s full scope of domestic and global financial operations and become a key member of Fortna’s senior executive team responsible for driving sustainable, strategic revenue and profit growth.

Prior to joining Fortna, Matt was executive vice president and CFO at Summit Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: SMLP), a provider of crude oil and natural gas gathering and processing services, where he managed over 20X EBITDA growth attributable to a combination of acquisitions and organic expansion. His 25 years of experience also includes executive financial leadership roles at firms including Hiland Partners, LP (Nasdaq: HLND), Wachovia Capital Markets and Price Waterhouse. He earned a CPA from the State of Georgia, a BS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Kirk Nelson Joins Fortna as Vice President, Sales Operations

Nelson’s 20+ years of sales operations experience will drive continued growth at Fortna

His 20+ years of experience also includes large-scale sales functional transformations involving technology, structure and business process implementation such as CRM, marketing automation and sales methodology at firms including Equifax and Georgia Pacific.

Fortna Continues Tradition of Charitable Donations and Giving Back to the Local and Global Community

Additionally, Fortna served as a bronze level sponsor of the American Logistics Aid Network from November of 2017 to November of 2018 and continues to support ALAN in its disaster relief efforts.
